  • Longitudinal Crack Filling
  • This is the process used to prevent aditional cracking of the asphalt to delay the need to prematurely resurface the asphalt. Proper maintenance will prolong the life of the surface. The strategies one should use depends upon the severity and extent of the cracking. When the cracking is less than 1/2-inch-wide and infrequent crack filling will prevent the entry of moisture into the subgrade and stop further raveling of the crack edges. Crack filling can provide years of satisfactory service after developing small cracks if they are kept sealed.

  • Asphalt Sealcoating
  • Sealcoating is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt-based pavements to provide a layer of protection from the elements: water, oils, and U.V. damage. On average it should be done every 3 – 7 years. The sealant protects the asphalt that holds the aggerate together and improves the appearance of the surface. We have several options as to the materials you use including being Indiana’s only approved applicator of Jennite which is a premium quality pavement coating which provides maximum durability and a lustrous black finish.

  • Striping to ADA Regulations
  • The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) issued regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which became law in 1990 and was amended in 2008. This law sets forth minimum accessibility requirements for buildings, facilities and their parking areas. We are careful to design the striping we do based on meeting all ADA regulations.

  • Concrete Repair, Sidewalks and Drains
  • Another important element to doing the job right is maintaining the structure that surround or are in the middle of your pavement. This also will improve the appearance and remove safety hazards.

  • Complete Asphalt Repair & Overlays
  • There may come a time in the life of your pavement when portions of your asphalt have been broken down to a point that it needs more attention than crack filling. If the cracking is greater than ½ inch wide and becomes more numerous the proper solution maybe to remove and replace cracked pavement with an overlay.
