We are geared towards larger parking lots and apartment complexes, but we will take on most anything. We do all work with no subcontractors.
By having the owner on every job site, we ensure that things are done right. We also leverage our 40 years plus experience in this business which helps us be very efficient.
Typically, every 4 to 6 years depending on drainage and your traffic volume. We have maintenance programs available to spot small problems before they become big ones.

A clean sharp looking parking lots gives your potential customers a good impression of your business. We have highly specific maintenance packages to help you maintain this competitive advantage.
We will provide maps of the areas where the work is being done on a given day in advance. This will allow management to notify tenants at least a week ahead of time to minimize any inconvenience.
We use Tarconite, Jennite or Sealmaster products for sealcoating. We hand mix the materials to ensure quality. We use only premium 100% virgin ingredients in our crack filler. It is so good it can be applied without disrupting traffic. For striping we use non pavement damaging premium latex paint. It’s so good we offer a 2 year warranty on non-drive lane markings.
A maintenance program is when on a predetermined schedule a specialist will visit your property and evaluate its present condition. We will advise you on any needed maintenance. We will consider if it needs striping, crack filling and/or a reapplication of sealcoat
One of the biggest things that we do to make the job last longer is intense preparation prior to sealcoating. The cleaner it is the longer it will last. We use motorized wire brooms, wire wheels and handheld steel brooms to scrub the parking lot down to bear asphalt. We also use the most powerful forced air brooms on the market.
The downtime is approximately 24 hours.
