APARTMENT COMPLEXES

One of our specialties is large apartment complexes. We have it down to a science. We create a plan and provide a map to the property managers to share with their tenants at least 7 days before the start of the project. This makes sure there is absolutely no confusion as to when each area will be done. We even have a contingency plan should it rain to make everything go smoothly.

STORE FRONTS

We do a wide variety of projects and we make every effort to minimize the impact on our customers. For example, we always stripe the day after sealcoating to eliminate the need to disrupt the business or require vehicles to be moved more than is necessary. By applying what we have learned over almost 40 years we are able to do an exceptional job while make things run smoothly.

We have done everything from large office building to big box stores. Some of the big projects we have completed include 380 Walmart Stores in the Midwest and 214 Lowe’s stores from Indiana to Miami.
